10 reasons to travel solo

10 reasons to travel solo

10 reasons why solo travelling is great:

  • Solo travelers see more in a shorter time, everything takes more time with more people
  • Solo travelers are often more open to meet new people
  • Solo travelers have more sex (probably related to the above point)
  • Solo travelers relax and meditate more
  • Solo travelers will never have their holiday ruined due to arguing or disagreements with travel companions.
  • As a solo traveler, it’s easier to combine travel and work
  • Solo travelers can do whatever they want whenever they want
On the other hand:

  • It’s less secure to travel alone. Solo travelers are an easier target for thieves etc and if something happens it will take more time before someone notices.
  • It's more expensive. In particular solo accommodation is more expensive than sharing with two or more people
  • Although solo travelling is great, sometimes you miss someone to share that special moment with.
